Our materials are all environmentally friendly

Particle Board

A One Kitchen particle board boasts an exceptionally low formaldehyde release, meeting the E0 standard, with no strong odor and excellent moisture resistance. The density of A One Kitchen particle board is approximately 680kg/m³.

Plywood

A One Kitchen plywood consists of eleven layers of wood and features an exceptionally low formaldehyde release, meeting the E1 standard. It is odorless, sturdy, and provides excellent stability.

MDF

A One Kitchen MDF board boasts an extremely low formaldehyde release, meeting the E1 standard, with no strong odor and suitability for making shaker doors. The density of A One Kitchen MDF board is approximately 730kg/m³.

PVC

A One Kitchen's PVC provides a diverse array of colors, with a PVC film thickness of 0.035mm, promising a lifespan of 15 years with appropriate usage. Utilizing German glue, a vital component for PVC products, A One Kitchen ensures robust adhesion between the PVC film\ and the panel, guaranteeing durability and longevity.

Lacquer

At A One Kitchen, our lacquer cabinets demand meticulous craftsmanship and stringent quality control measures. The surface undergoes six rounds of spraying and baking with imported paint, including three base coats, two top coats, and one gloss coat, ensuring a flawless finish.
